Looks like he has SG363 and sound simm DSV00051 (his photos from earlier in the thread) but I think others have said these are the right chips for this game. Maybe he should do a clear as RB suggested, at this point that's about all that's left to try.

In the attached link that you say plays a roll out sound, I'm not hearing it. It is the standard payout sound. Are you sure you aren't confusing two different sounds ? The payout sound followed immediately by hitting the spin button ? I noticed the operator hits the spin button so quickly following the payout that it seems like one continuous sound.


In the video of your machine, I'm not hearing any cutout. Sounds normal to me. My machine is exactly the same. By the way, I have the same simms and SG chips.
