Hello all. I am the new owner of and first time user for one of my favorite slots.

I know it's an oldie but I've always had an addiction to her.
Should be deliver (Crated) here in about a week.


I just had a couple of questions as I am new to this so please speak to me as a newbie


I would like to find out what I need to do add new games to it if possible??


I've done some reading it it look like you need a game loader, and a license dongle.
Also been reading about having to change boards and chips?
Again, I'm brand new at this so would love to get a good head start.

From what I see it's a 044 based I-game.

Yes, you can change the game theme but that is done by replacing the flashboard or having it re-flashed to another game set.  The Superstar Poker theme is the most popular as having the most (multi-game) options.  Search in the FAQ and you'll find a list of the games available on SSP.  Although it gives you many card based games, the six slots are unfortunately pretty basic.  The dedicated single themes have much better sound and more bonus features (IMHO). 

Since you haven't even received your new acquisition yet, I'd suggest you get it situated and play it long enough to see how you like it.  Then you will have a better idea of how you may want to expand it.  I'm not clear on what options it has?  For example, does it come with a printer or not?  If so, I'd strongly recommend getting the TITO setup from BettorSlots.  If not, that would be required first.

Thanks for the great info. Finally got my machine. The big spiral fluorescent bulb had broken during shipment and fallen inside the machine. So I got to vacuum the glass out and learn about all the components at the same time.  Cleaning out the Bill collector "TITO" as well as the ticket printer.
I really like it a lot.  I'm thinking about buying another machine (Either a G20 or G23) The wife really wants Triple Fortune Dragon. Wish I could post to the WTB Forum

To change games on an 044 platform, you will also need a key 28 chip in order to clear and setup certain options for the game.  I also highly recommend you get a TITO board, so you can print tickets out that the machine will accept, if you don't already have that.

You can post a WTB in this forum and an op will move it to the classifieds.  Triple Fortune Dragon is an AVP family 14 game, so you will need an AVP video machine like a G20, G23, Universal, SMLD,  or just a regular AVP Video cabinet.  Just make sure it has 3.0M or similar MPU.
