Upper video not working on igt avp

Hello all hope all is well. I bought what I think is a igt avp. The upper monitor isn’t working properly. See pic. What do I need to check or replace? I tried unplugging and plugging back in. Could it be a video card?

First make sure that the DVI plug is in all the way. Then next make sure the upper monitor is plugged in and working. Then lastly if all else fails, yes it's the video card.

I plug monitors into my laptop to help troubleshoot video slot LCDs.

I hooked it up to laptop and it doesn’t mirror screen see picture. What is my next step

If you used a different video cable then either something is wrong with the monitor or it's power supply that it's plugged into in the top box.

Looks like a cracked screen to me based on the first picture of the monitor with all the colored lines.

If you have an external monitor that works, hook it up outside the machine in place of the upper monitor and see if it comes on.

I replaced monitor and still get error message. Board voltage out of range. Anyone have pictures of power lines I should replace and where do I get them. Thank you

Sounds like the power supply in the top cabinet the monitor is plugged into.

Your message doesn't make sense to me.  You said your replaced the monitor but are "still" getting error message?  You never mentioned an error message before.  Did you hook up the new monitor to laptop to verify that it is working properly?  Where is the error message?

Ok I was asked to update. Replaced monitor and made sure everything was tight. It was fixed by monitor replacement thank everyone for your help
