IS2000 - sounds issues

I found how to lower the volume,  and it only gave me 1 or zero as an option, there were no other levels.  So I did change from a 1 to a zero.. then trying to turn the sound back on the buttons don't do anything to readjust the volume.
Suggestions?

If you pull on it from underneath, where the wires are, it should pop out. This allows you change the light bulb and examine the micro switch. If the plastic isn’t pushed back up into the push button assembly properly the micro switch won’t engage. Try pulling it out again and pushing it back in again firmly. I believe it should click into place. Check for loose wires as well. Be careful when doing this as if there was a loose or broken wire, something could short out. Turn the machine off first to be safe.

Either one. The switch is sufficient.

Also, once the switch is reinstalled, if it isn’t immediately apparent that switch is working, you could go to the settings menu and get into I/O tests and find the menu that tests all the buttons. There will be displayed either a 1 or a 0. When you press it button it will change from a 1 to zero or vice versa, a 0 to 1. See if your cash out button changes the number back and forth when pressed.
