IGAME - TICKET CREATED WON'T READ

I have an IGAME - printed out a Ticket - the BV will not accept the ticket but does accept bills.  Also, the top light is flashing?

Bottom half to candle flashing means validation system failure.  Either you have not TITO system installed or configured, or if you do, the hardware failed.  Post a picture of your ticket and we can tell you if the TITO system is working.  Do you know if you have a TITO board installed?

I'm going to assume you have a 044 converted Igame...what's your game title?  You will get a validation failure on 044's regardless and the top light will flash continuously to let the casino staff know about the failure.  The game will still play as normal for you with the validation failure.  If you find the flashing bulb annoying enough like I do, you have two possible solutions.  One, remove the bulb.  Or two, install a TITO device which basically tricks the machine into thinking it is connected to a casino's validation server.  You also have the added bonus of the machine now being able to not only print tickets but it will receive them as well.

It's also possible you are running a 3902 IGame cabinet running Game King 5.3 software which will give you the same problem with and the same solutions above will work.
