Your GAME EPROM or SP chip programming is either on the verge of getting corrupted or a chip leg is getting corroded.
You MAY need a new chip soon.
Take the chip out of the socket as flat as possible, clean the legs and spray some De-Oxit or some type of alcohol-based acidic cleaner into the socket holes.
Let dry completely then re-insert the GAME PROM in the correct orientation as you removed it from the socket.
There will be either a dot, or an indentation at one end of the chip that corresponds with the etched marking directly upon the circuit board next to the socket.
Try NOT to fold any of the chip's legs underneath the chip body when re-installing into the socket holes.
What SP chip do you have installed in the MPU socket named GAME PROM?
Turn OFF the machine's power switch BEFORE removing or installing any circuit board.
