Hopper payout on Creature?

I recently purchase a Creature from the Black lagoon I-Game and it is set on 5 cents.  Takes coins and bills.  Has a hopper installed but when you go to cash out it says "see Attendant"  turn jackpot key and credits are removed.  How can I make the hopper work?  It has a base chip#I0000454  Which clear chip do I need?  I have a key 17.    Thanks in advance  Ron    :Scratch-Head: :Scratch-Head:

Before you key chip it, check your key chip menu & be sure token payout is enabled. If it's disabled you will have to use the key chip to enable. If it's already enabled, then with zero credits on the machine, scroll thru the machine options menu to limits, hopper limits & be sure it's not set to 0. Remember there must be zero credits on the machine to make changes.

RB, I think that is going to fix it.  :applause: :applause:  Need to add a shelf wheel to the hopper.  Guess it hasn't worked in awhile.  LOL  :24: I will have to try to figure out the correct settings but should be ok.  Quick question since this is a 2001-2002 model can I get a GameKing board and plug it in there as well?

I'm thinking you would only have to change the software & glass, maybe some buttons or legends but someone more qualified than me needs to ring in here. My main area of experience is with S2000s.

I don't think I'm anymore qualified than RB, but I do agree with his statement.  :rotfl:

An I-Game and a GameKing are the same machine (same cabinet, same monitor, same board set-up). All you need to do is find a set of GameKing software that you like and you're set. No need to even change the board (although some people do opt to buy a 2nd board for easier game changes). If you use the current board you have, you will need to do a Clear and a Key chip and re-configure your settings (not that hard at all once you d it a time or two). If you buy a 2nd board for your GameKing software, you MAY be able to get by with just a Key chip (I am not 100% sure of this, but I believe I have heard tell.)
