machine won't power up

I was playing my S plus slot machine unplugged and went to bed got up the next day and plugged it in now it won't power up. I checked the fuses and wiring. I put a board for my other S plus machine into this machine still have the same problem. I unplugged the connectors one at a time at the power pack it seems like everyone unplugged has an effect on the machine. So I think the power pack is working fine. Even when the doors open the light on top does not flash and we turn on the machine the reels usually nudge about a quarter inch that doesn't happen the whole machine is dead. Any ideas ? Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.

Check the plug that goes to the motherboard to power supply
It is a white plug
Check to see if it is burnt
Check the other threads regarding this

Check the POWER CORD. Follow it from outside the machine to the inside and make sure it is plugged in good inside machine. Could have just wiggled loose.

See this post and some of the links in that post.  If you have some lights (like the fluorescent bulb above the reels), but no other signs of life (no displays, the reels aren't stiff after power-up, etc.), this is the likely cause, as Slots4Home mentioned above.

All you people are so awesome thank you very much you lead me write to the problem. It was the plug and I did have a burn spot on the backside . I fixed it and the machine is back up and running. Again thank all you very much your awesome. We will mark this one problem solved
