WBA power supply

When I first turn the machine on the wba cycles very slow and lights up for a bill. If a bill is inserted it pulls in very slowly and comes back slow too. Every thing turns easy by hand on the transport and seems good. After the first try it will not light and sounds like the motors are spinning without turning anything. Could this be a bad power supply ? It has the silver power supply,

Jim,
I can't say for sure but it sounds logical. Is this the same machine you just changed from a WBA11 to a 13? Could be that your 11 wasn't bad to begin with but the power supply was failing. I know the WBA13 I sent you worked great. I even re-tested it just before shipping. I assume you don't have another S plus WBA machine to swap & test parts. I saw a P/S on Rudy's site for $14.

Ron, yes same machine. I have not installed the 13 although it arrived Monday. Just started thinking about why it tries to work once then won't work again until its been off for a while.

Update. I installed a WBA 13 and all is good. So, no problem with power supply.
