Here's the the full story regarding the EMI filters and such. The BB2 cabinet has a pair of the "BIG" 4 pin molex connectors that supply power to the monitors. Because the Alice game only uses 1 monitor, the secondary monitor power plug is used to power the animator box. The 4 pin "Big" molex connector will plug into one of the monitor power plugs. The bracket with the EMI filters mounts somewhere in the back of the top box area. You will notice that it has that ever so familiar 8 pin dual row molex which wms uses for all the bb1/bb2 cabinets to supply +5+12+24 volts to peripherals. But only the +12 and +24 volts are wired, this plug is where the animator normally plugs in. I suspect the EMI filters is to prevent interference from the little stepper motors working all the time to move about the little figurines. For the record, the yellow wire provides +12 volts and the blue wire provides +24 volts. Like it was stated by the OP, if you are running a bb2 converstion (that is running on a bb1 cabinet) the topbox distribution plate has a mating 8 pin molex connector that will supply power to your animator as is. You do not need to connect the assembly with the EMI filters for it to work, but if you do, a harness can be made to connect the big molex plug to the "H" power connector in the top box distribution plate.
