SMI vs Reel Strips

How can you find out which reel strips are matched to a SMI chip set? I'm doing a game conversion on a S6000 and I'm having difficulty finding out which set of reel strips are correct for the SMI chips I'm using. Is there a cross reference somewhere?

Seems like I'm not having much luck with this question.. The reel strips in question are for a Double Jackpot, I have 2 sets of strips for that game but neither set have the symbols in the correct order for the Smi chip I want to use. Is there anyway to determine what the correct order is supposed to be? If I can't find the correct strips is there anyone that can create/reproduce them? Is it legal to do so? If not what are my available options?
