We need to see where the other battery was on the board . That is where the problem usually resides

It probably has been removed already. It would have been by the large coil on the same side of the board where your other battery is. This is the area we need to see

No red coil by the connectors that plug into the mother board. Sorry I can't post pictures right now

Not the chip just the board it will have a white rectangle where the battery used to be . It labeled BT2

You don't need that battery for home use.
Bad news is the board looks like shit.
Those small traces are gone eaten up by the battery that used to be there

Wait till you get a replacement then carefully swap out each chip making sure that you don't bend any pins and they are placed in the same direction and location as removed.
