Can a Key 40 be used to clear a 044 Game King board?
What Key is needed for an Enhanced Game King board?
What Key is needed for a 3902 Board?

The Key40 can be used on the 3902. The 044 needs Key28. 044 is the Game King enhanced board.

Yep, Key 28 for 044 flash boards. 

Key 40 will key most all 3902 game software, but many times only if you clear RAM and EEPROM too.  Not convenient when you want to just change a single setting.  The proper key for a 3902 board depends on the game software installed on it.  It will either be Key 17, 22, or 40 for most games.

on 3902's i have had the best luck with key 37.  check with RB here on the forums if your in need of a key chip
