Pot O Gold Reset Switch

I have a desk top POG when someone cashes it out it says call attendant.....my switch is inside of the machine I have to open it up everytime to clear...can someone help....ty

You have to activate the switch with the door closed or it won't count.

It will alternate between "call attendant" and the actual error code. Let me know the actual error and I should be able to help.

Pin 18 on the parts side is reset. Let me know the actual error when it flashes "call attendant".

it does this when i pay out.......i have to go in the main board under error status to clear the payout......I need to figure out how to clear the payouts without going into the main board .....i have to open the machine up on every pay out......it has no printer......ty for any help

I need to know if it is a "printer error" or a "coin lockout" error. It should flash "call attendant" then flash the actual error. Let me know.

Ok, this would be much easier if you could tell me the actual error but let's start troubleshooting. We can start with the hardware, the POG machine has to believe it has a printer so there is a cable mod they do where a modded cable is placed in ports 1 & 3 of the PC board. Do you have that cable in place ? Now on to the software, go into settings mode and select "Main Config" make sure "Maximum Cashout" "Maximum Ticket" "Maximum Credit" are all at $99,999. Make sure "Special Win" and "Minimum Cashout" are set at $0. Now exit "Main Config" and enter "Terminal Config" and follow these settings : "Coin In" at CC40/30, "Bill In" at No Bill, "Printer" at CTZN614. All other settings except Game Config should be at default. You can factory reset the board before doing these adjustments to be sure.

The machine works fine.....just when i redeem the payout....i have to go into the main board to clear the payout.....it doesnt have a switch or button to clear the credits.......theres no printer never was one on it
