enable double up in superstar poker?

I have Superstar poker (gk003319) running on 2 different machines and would like to enable double up on the poker games.  The psr states that I should be able to do this via the operator menu.  I have cashed out the credits on both machines and the option is not available in the specified sections?  Anybody have any suggestions?Thanks!

here is the psr I have.  it shows that double up should be an option for all poker games except wild card games.  Do i have the wrong psr or am I missing something?

the setting is in the "terminal setup" section. has to be keychipped to enable

Wizeone you are awesome!  Absolutely correct!  You must enable the double up option under the "terminal setup" heading when keychipped and then the double up menu will appear under game specific options and can be enabled for the various poker types!  Thank you very much!  My Mom and Dad will be very happy!

Forgot about that!!  Thank you.  I like to enable auto bet too, great for Keno games!  It will keep playing until you go broke!
