Touch error

I've placed about 12 different monitors in this machine and have gotten the same result every time. Monitors off machines that I know are working. It will only accept one monitor. I can see the light at top of the screen every time I touch it so I know the touch is working. Is there any reason why this machine will only take one monitor.

I've gotten that error when the mpu was not seated correctly. Check mpu for bent pins to backplane also.

Thanks. After you response I did go ahead and try what you advised and got the same result. I don't know what's wrong. If I take that same monitor off the other machine and put it in this one it will work fine though. It's weird.

What light do you see when you touch the screen???

At the very top of the monitor.....I can see a little blue light every time I touch the screen reacting to me touching it.

Not really sure what was causing this error or why it wants a certain monitor but after trying about 20 different ones I finally got the error to go away. Machine is up and running.
