unfortunately, I don't have any of the docs for the 1037. You may want to start a new topic asking is if someone has that game or docs, or change the title of this thread to the 1037.
got highest possible resolution pictures of the payout disc in your game? (email full res to slotpics@cdyn.com would be great)?
if you have the patience, you can make the docs you need ... or at least determine the correct wiring of the payout counter ... but the first step is to see if your payout disc supports the payouts on the game.
you need a disc with trace lengths for all the payouts on your glass. Not sure what the lit pays are for the stuff by the bar-bar-bar's, but they all look like they pay 20. So you need a disc that handles 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 18, 20.
the only disc supporting those pays I have docs for is defined on drawing w-923-117 below (M-645-128-1 contact plate). Bally often used the same wire colors for pay amounts, so that drawing can be used to see if your reels and hopper plug have the same wire colors. You'll find the corresponding reel wiper wiring in
https://bingo.cdyn.com/slots/820/ if that was unavailable, it's possible to there exists another disc that could be made to work ... like the incredible M-645-500 below ... you'd just cut the 7 trace shorter so the wipers left the trace on step 6. However, that disc would require a payout counter with two wiper arms, so you'd need to find the entire payout counter.
the game wiring could be similar to the 931, and the reel wiper wiring is likely simple enough you could draw modify the one for the 820 or 931 to match your game easily.
