The red light is the concern.

The processor board is the one with the LED lights on in the picture. Turn the machine's power off prior to removing or replacing electronic parts. It will be the green battery on the board. Might as well replace the main battery while you are at it .. watch type battery that slides out and it is center and along the edge of board.

Are there any error codes/messages on the display?
Is the Varta battery corroded or leaking?
Do you have a volt meter to check the voltage of the small button battery?

You might want to try re seating the eproms (chips) on the daughter board. I know when the red light is flashing that usually helps. I'm not shore about the second yellow flashing I think that normally means a ram or e2 problem. Are you using an R board (one chip) or a legacy adapter (4 or 5 chips).

The coin battery is low and needs replaced, the green battery gets recharged while the machine is turned on and could possibly still be good. Replace the coin battery then turn the machine on and leave it for a few hours, then turn it off and check the voltage of the green battery. If the green battery shows the 3.6 volts after that try turning the machine on and see what happens. If it doesn't work let us know what the VFD display under the reels says if anything and we'll go from there

For sh!ts and giggles. - Leave the machine on for about 5min, turn off then back on. I have had a few boards that needed a Varta replaced but they would boot by doing that..
