Pot o Gold Takes Bill no credits

Have a Pot O Gold with a Apex 7000 bill acceptor. It will accept bills but will not put credits on the machine. Have tried numerous configurations with no help. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you opened the bill acceptor up and looked for jammed up bills or clogged pathway?

The bills accepted go to the cash box and he BV clicks like it is sending pulses.

The bill validator could be programmed for an other game board....one thing u need to check on ur pog board is to see if it's set at serial or 1pulse or 4pulse under terminal settings....try to change between those three and try if tht works .....

Would this be applicable if one puts in a $20 and is only credited $10......does this for every increment [$1-$20]...occurred bc limit set at $100 and kids kept putting a $20 through...........

Check the coin in value under the main configuration.... It's normally set at a Dollar and so is the coin out and the third one too..... That might be a reason for the less credits
