The local Radio shack had the holders! I soldered a holder in, desoldered and removed the green Varta battery, and popped in a new standard 2032 battery. I had to clear and reprogram but she is done and ready to go! And when the main battery goes out I can just pop in a new one! Thanks for the help in the idea of changing over to a battery socket and for finding it at Radio Shack! I am once again grateful to all who helped! Thanks again!

Glad to hear that you got it working.  :applause: That battery should last for several years. When you go to change the battery it wont be necessary to clear. Just change battery, turn machine on, should tell you to hold white button 2-3 sec, close door, should be good.

I got a RAM error when I started it back up. Tried a keyswitch reset and it didn't work. So it was just as easy to clear and reload the game. BUT, now I know that next time I will try pushing the button and trying that. I change games every 3 or 4 months so reloading wasn't too bad.
