PB Blaster

re PB Blaster, what PB Blaster works best for cleaning and which one for lubricating?
Or is there one that does both? As I was looking on line, there are many to choose from.

The regular PB is the best for disolving old grease but doesnt remove it. Which in my opinion is good bacause it doesnt really require much more additional lubrication. The Lubricant one is good to add to it after the regular has got in there to soften it up. The stuff is great and I go to Pep Boys and buy the gallon container. I can control the amount I use better. PB can disolve rubber so be careful around the zero switch bumper and the hopper aggitator star. I find that using it and manually working the parts, it will get in there. Only a few times I had to go back and do it again.

Dave is correct on both counts as usual.  If you know that you have a project to work on try to give it a shot or two a few days in advance.  When you get to the job the previously stuck parts should come apart like butter.

Make sure you use it outside or in the shop. It works wonderful but wife was not impressed  :fryingpan: and I had to move the machine back out to the garage until I could get the smell out of it!
