IGT Slant Top Game King

looking for an IGT Slant top Game King or similar for my 84 year old grandmother.  Needs to be close to California for shipping purposes.  Let me know if someone has one.

Slant tops are heavy,
probably cheaper to send the grandmother to where the machine is located??   :garfield:

VERY, VERY HEAVY!! Can you tell I just moved mine.
If you need to move them up or down stairs, you better have a plan.

But, they are the best for long hours of play. Very comfortable.

John,

Check with Ben at Fannini Slots (928-768-3113)  he has/had a few slant tops. He's located in Mohave Valley, Az, but he's just on the outskirts of Needles, Ca. He's a good guy and can probably set you up quickly.
And yes, everybody here is ABSOLUTELY correct in saying they are heavy. I have two and that's two too many :duh: :duh: . Once they're in place you never, ever want to move them. I used a heavy duty appliance dolly to move them around and even then it took a friend to help. Did I mention they are heavy :Scratch-Head: :24: :24:

Thanks I will check with Fannini.  Yes I know they are heavy.  But, they will work for this application and it wont go upstairs.  I just want to make her happy.  seems a small price to pay for years of happiness.

The one good thing about a slant top is that they can be had at a reasonable price.. I've had mine for a couple years now and really enjoy it..

That is part of the reason price, but also and probably more important is comfort.  I doubt any of us here are in our 80's and if so than I am sure you would understand the comfort factor.  Even at 47 I am looking at a slant top bluebird.

I Agree, I am pushing 50 and like comfort these days as well.  Luckiley I don't need viagra etc. yet. -- :propeller: . I am actually looking at some much heavier games, Bally Jumbo elite's.  What a mess.-- :duh: .

Thanks a great price.. Would you happen to have a slant top for I-Games in a 19" LCD? I want to convert my Game King to 6.2 on the 044 boards. Once I do that I can't run my I-Games..

You can still run your 3902 I-Games on an 044 setup.  All you need is a legacy board that plugs into the 044 board.
