From the picture it doesn't look like the machine is booted up.  Does it boot correctly?  Do the switches work?

no its not booting right  I have a 3902 mpu ordered  I hope  this fixes the problem
that's the trouble am having with it  plus there's a mother board that's connected in the back where all of harness wires all at
plus mpu board so am thinking it could be that

The problem with the switch lights will most likely be resolved when you get the machine to boot up properly.  Normally they are all off until the machine is booted and ready to play.  Odds are your motherboard in the back of the machine is good, they don't fail very often.  The MPU, game software, or power supply are more likely causes.

What game do you have installed?  Your belly glass says Cleopatra II, but that is a 044 game and you have a 3902 motherboard installed, so it can't be that.  Did you buy the game this way or did it work and then fail?

24.2 volts is a bit low on the 25VDC supply, but that's what is causing your new problem.

Coin-in Jam & Meters disconnected error messages together typically indicate the the MPU board is bad.  U74 is usually the failed component that causes those errors.  It's located next to the audio board connector.  Sometimes, but not always, you'll see signs of physical damage like a bubble or burnt spot on it.  A common cause of U74's failure is removing or replacing the MPU board in the machine with the power on.  If you didn't do that then you should contact the vendor you got it from and let them know that it appears the board you got is bad.

No.  That's the audio board that is in the topbox.  Your problem is still with the MPU board, the one you just replaced is bad.

That's the AC power distribution box.  Brown wires are Hot, Blue are neutral.  Wiring diagram attached.  What are you looking for in there?

Re-download that diagram. I uploaded the wrong one, it was for an older 19"GK.  I uploaded one for a 17" GK/I-game.  Monitor power comes from P300 on the power distribution box.  Your monitor was working in the photo though, did it die?
