A stacker error is that the machine is unhappy with the cash can somehow, and it's looking for a couple of closed contacts or it tilts. On the bill validator, you likely have a green translucent "duckbill" that you stick bills into . When you close the main door, is it tweaking or being forcefully pushed by the main door? Perhaps the whole assembly is becoming misaligned when the main door is closed?

Fantastic !!! Thank you !! Ready for this ??? I removed the bill guide & the machine accepted a bill one time only but I can't get it to repeat. The door has to be lifted to close without hitting the acceptor.  Should I try to adjust the door somehow or the cash box unit?  Obviously I have no idea how to do either.

I got all excited for nothing. I'm back to getting BV Stacking Error with door open or closed and I can't clear it. Wonder why it would work one time. I'll keep playing.
