Players Edge Plus CMOS data error

I bought a PE plus a few years back with a bad monitor,  I recently replace the monitor and it had a low battery error,  I replaced the battery and now I'm getting the following errors:

Door Open
Call Attendant
CMOS DATA


If I press the white reset button or the Jackpot reset key it doesn't seem to help.  Do I need to replace the CMOS chip?  and if I do, where do I get one?   attached is a picture of my board.

Yes I followed the instructions,  The white button or the Jackpot key won't get the machine in setup mode.

One step at a time.  When you press and hold the white button do you get the tone?

When I press the white test button it doesn't produce a tone or go into test mode.

You may have a defective white test button.

You must press AND HOLD the button for approximately five seconds -- if you're just pressing and releasing it, that won't do it.  Press and hold the button for at least five seconds.  You should hear a tone if the speaker is working.  Next, close the door (ensure that the "DOOR OPEN" message disappears, otherwise the machine isn't sensing that the door is closed and you won't be able to proceed), then turn the jackpot reset keyswitch on the side of the machine once, and release. 

You may need to repeat the process one more time if you encounter an additional error (ie. open the door and press and hold the test button again, then close the door, then turn the jackpot reset keyswitch again).
