Have a look at that link I posted if you can. I love that machine. It's got that great styling... at the tail end of the "jet age" I suppose. Hard to say the value. I think you're in NY. You could check on eBay or look up "completed listings" if you don't see one. In Southern California, this would probably be in the $150 - $350 range. The market has dropped considerably here, sad to say.
A little more I found:
History of Jubilee Slot Machines
The Jubilee international was originally manufactured in Australia. During the 1960's these machines were imported and operated in amusement arcades along the UK coastlines. Jubilee made its mark with their mechanical mechanisms. A major upgrading in styling came with the Jubilee RIVERA Range in 1969, in which the cabinets reached for a close approximation of the Bally look. The RIVERA models were at the peak of mechanical perfection, offering for trouble free operation and cheat proof escalator. It is a known fact that no Jubilee machines were subjected to the recently much publicized forms of manipulation causing "Jackpots at Will", the final death knell of the imported Jennings and Mills mechanicals. Jubilee was the last successful stand for all mechanical machines. Jubilee says it offers "Unsurpassed reliability. No electrical problem."
