I hit the JACKPOT on Ruby Slippers on my BB2. Now stuck in hand pay.

Wizard of Oz, Ruby Slippers finally game me the five wilds, 1 million credits, Woooohoooooo!
That was FUN, but now it’s stuck on the hand pay screen. I have tried turning the reset key and going through the setup menu but can’t find anything that will let me clear the machine. The collect button doesn’t do anything.
Help, please?

Has the reset key worked in the past?
I sometimes have to turn it and hold it there for a few seconds. And sometimes for a few times in a row before it clears.

Power it down and reboot it.  Then do the attendant key procedure that should work.  However if you never had to use it in the past, the key switch may be disabled or busted/disconnected.  If that does not work, then you will have to clear the machine and reload the game.

I would go into the diagnostic page and test the jackpot reset switch.  I agree with Steve's opinion that the jackpot reset key switch is probably bad or disconnected.

Thanks for your help, guys. It actually reset to the amount before my big jackpot, after I restarted and tu4ned the reset key. Now it’s all good. I’ll probably never see another million p3nny payout, but it was fun.
