Hello everyone. Im a tech with 15+ years of experience in the casino business, currently working in Africa. Not my first time here but as I spend the last two days working on a Atronic SG and during ram clear procedures I was browsing your forum so Ive decided to join. Love my job and consider it to be my favorite pastime. If anyone needs parts or machines from European producers feel free to contact me.

As all others in this thread, I'm also new here

Really interested in slot machines, especially the IGT S2000 / S+ models with rounded top preferably. What got me here is the quest to find parts to build a complete machine.

It will be Cheaper to buy a machine than the sum of the parts.

Our "good" vendors have banner adds on the home page.

I went straight for the forum

I will check those out.

Of course, there is a chance that a complete machine might be cheaper, but as the shipping cost is listed for about USD $800-$1000 just for a machine, plus the machine itself for around USD $700-$900, it is more than I can justify - to you know who - so therefore I'm "splitting up" the costs over a longer period.

There is of course a chance that I could get away cheaper by purchasing it in parts, but normally that is not the case - I know

Hey guys,
I'm new to this forum and to slots in general. After collecting some German machines, I decided to go the Vegas way and now I have 3 different IGT machines. One is already equipped with a bettor tito. The next will be upgraded then I received an ekey 7 which will be delivered tomorrow.

I hope my machine will say "show chips". If not, is it possible to upgrade a machine to "show chips"?

Hey everyone. New to owning a couple machines. This site is a great resource, and I really appreciate the knowledge that is shared. It has already helped me out so much. Especially with an older machine, which I believe is called a "Treasure Wheel?" I saved it from being tossed. The owner obtained it and didn't know anything about it. They never used it as it needs some TLC, but they just wanted it gone.

Welcome to NLG! That machine is a Sigma. Under "reel slots," there is a SIGMA section. Poke around there and you'll see plenty of information that might help you out. If you run into trouble, just post the question there.

Hi all. Frequent lurker but finally joined because the machine I just got is a bit above my head. I have a Bally S5500 and an IGT S+. My future wife loves Invaders From The Planet Moolah so we got a BB2. I will probably need help at some point with it. Right now I have the game and OS CF carts but I do not have a clear card so until tomorrow, I cannot even see the thing boot

EDIT: Which forum on here would be appropriate for the bb2?

hi all. just found the site. I have acquired a igt s-plus wild cherry slot and a igt 5x pay slot to try and make run, I'm from the arcade world so this is new territory any suggested starting points?

Just stopping into the "welcome" thread to say hello. I've got a mid-90s IGT PE+ video poker machine I'm working on repairing/restoring. I bought it in great shape 15+ years ago, but it suffered mightily in a storage unit for years, and now needs lots of TLC to bring it back into shape.
I've been involved with owning & repairing arcade video games (late 70s to late 80s), pinball machines and a jukebox for 20+ years, but this IGT PE+ is my only "gaming" machine. It seems like NLG is the place for gaming stuff, so I joined up. I used to be active on "KLOV" (arcade and pinball centric forums) for years, and was on usenet to read and post in rec.games.video.arcade (RGVAC) back before that. I think it was channelmanic over on KLOV that brought this forum to my attention.

Anyhow, glad to be on board here. If you're interested, I've got a thread started over in the IGT PE+ forum.

Thanks for the introduction. Check out the Bally EM section and you'll likely see some parts that are familiar from the pinball machines.

Hello everyone. I'm new to the scene and the nlg forum seemed like the place to be. Lots of good information here so I decided to join. Just bought 2 IGT s2000 machines (a white ice and a double gold)... First time owner and I'm hooked. I was warned by the guy I bought them from that collecting these machines can be an addictive hobby, I can see why.... First time playing these machines with some friends and I had a reel tilt on one and a cash box error on the other. Thanks to the nlg forums, I got them both fixed in a hurry.. Now looking to add TITO if anyone has suggestion. Sooo much to learn.
