You have to use a Clear card before installing a game.

Thanks for the response.

Steps taken:

Boot machine to clear ram by Ram Chip to OS Slot.
Reboot, then inserted the OS to OS Slot and Game to Game Slot.
 
and this error keep showing up.

Your OS card seems to pass okay.
Try a diiferent Game card to rule out MPU failure.
Might be a bad game CF card or incompatiable combo.
Of course, you'll have to Clear again before trying.

Give us the numbers on both cards, including the Clear card you're using.
Offhand, I have no idea what the SSSG-000-16G2 card is.
I'm sure someone will spot the problem.

Power down after the clear.  Then re-insert OS card and have the game card in its slot, then power up.  You should never change CF cards while there is any kind of power to the MPU, it can corrupt the CF card.
