Rookie needing help identifying exactly which Slot model I have.

I just picked up a Four Times Diamond slot made by IGT (model #96438300) and am needing help identifying which model type it is (IGT M, S, S-Plus, S2000, or S3000.)

I've done a little research but there are not very many 4XDiamond machines out there and seeing the different forum topics, prompted me to ask this question.


Can you tell me which model my machine is?  IGT M, S, S-Plus, S2000, or S3000.


Also, I am waning to lower the winning odds and would assume that the process would be different between these different models?

Your machine is an S-2000. It has the unique style speakers mounted just above the main door.

...and the blue vacuum fluorescent display (VFD) below the reels is a giveaway, too.  I'm moving this to the S2000 section.

I always forget about the VFD. I think I see the big speakers first, they remind me of my high school days and the guy with ears like an S2000 that I sat behind in class.

On an S2000 machine I think you can change the payout percentage with a Key chip, but others here will say for sure. See step 7.1.2 in the How-To Guide below:

I tend to recognize IGT s2000's by their speakers too, they remind me of bat wings or ears  lol, sometimes I imagin  an IGT S2000 flapping it's speaker and flying across the room
