Ok so an update!  I got a new backlit board. That solved the issue of the 4th reel. Now my last issue is this sound problem. Oh and also with the new backlit board, the original metal cover doesn’t fit over the new board. Anyone know where I can find a new

I probably have one. Post a pic of the controller board. There's at least 3 different ones. I just watched your video. Tilt said that is normal. I don't have a BTP to verify. Did you clear it as you suggested earlier? I've had a similar but opposite issue where the sound kept going after the rollup for a few seconds. Clearing fixed it.

I watched several videos online of this game and from those videos, it appears mine is not the normal...I just think maybe the SIMM is going bad...as for the backlit board, here is a photo...I also don’t own a clear or key chip yet...not even sure which one I need to buy

Mine sounded the same as yours does.  You can get another SIMM, but I doubt if it will change anything.

Not correctly. 

It talks to you during at certains times.  "That's a big (X) times pay", "Press the Spin button", etc.

You mean a video of the same game that you have but it has a different roll out sound? How would that be possible? Do some machines have enhanced sound and others do not? Are there any sound settings in the machine Setup/Options that would affect this?

I’ve seen a few videos of BTP with the roll out sound. I’ve also seen videos of the same game with no sound like mine and yoirs

What SG chips are you using?
I don't know what they should be but other games like Cleopatra will not play all of the sounds correctly unless you have the correct SG chips.
