Dang it, ok. Thanks for the bad news  :hissyfit:

Do I need to turn the machine off and insert the ekey and reboot ro make changes? Or can I just open the door with it on and insert the key and make changes?

You just insert the e-key into the secured area (either one of the usb ports inside the area inside the little door).  If there's a paper inserted into the slot to keep the switch closed, it must be removed to make changes.  You also need to have zero credits on the machine.

I am looking to buy a bundle of game dongles and all they have is the numbers on them. They all seem to start with F101400....

Is there a list or link that I can reference to see what all of them are?

You can download an excel file from the Mississippi gaming commission with approved firmware id's.  Most of the time the description will be enough where you can tell what it is.  Here's a link to the file.

https://www.msgamingcommission.com/images/uploads/gl_p_approvedfirmware.xlsx

Furthermore, you have family 14 OS and BIOS. You can ONLY use family 14 games.  They usually start with Game014, or GI014 or GC014.  FI014 are feature packages and are associated with a main installer, the feature installer are not games, so they won't do anything by themselves.

Awesome, thanks for the heads up on the feature packages. I would have been pissed to get them all and none of them do anything.

Are there any other good places to buy game dongles other than eBay?

Sometimes the sellers on e-bay have more, just need to ask them and maybe they would be willing to deal with you directly with more favorable pricing.  Some of our users here sometimes sell off their collection for various reasons.

Post a want to buy ad in the NLG Classifieds (you will need to have a paid membership to do this).

What games are you looking for?

I have some extras here.

I think I have enough of the normal video slots for now, however I will gladly take any suggestions on fun ones to try. I am in the market for Black Widow though.

I bought Cash Coaster and have enjoyed it so far. I want to try and get 3-5 more video reel type slots so we will have more of a variety.

I received my Bettor TITO, but i do not have the manual to install it. Can someone share photos or something showing me where to plug it into the machine? It only has the one cable other than the power supply so i figured it can't be hard. IGT G20 AVP

I have the video for the software settings.

Thanks!

For the Bettor TITO device to work on your AVP, you'll need to make sure there is an RS232 Daughter Card plugged into the backplane.

I'm not certain on the G20's, but on an S-AVP,  you can access it by removing the printer. The card plugs into the Comm 1 port. Should be lower lefthand side of backplane beneath the Telltale battery.

Then the Bettor TITO cable plugs into the card.

Once that connection is made, then it's just a matter of finding a secure place to mount it and plugging in the USB Power cable.

Hope this helped.

Here is a picture of the back plane, note it should be rotated 90 degrees as the battery is normally in the bottom left.

The port circled is where you install the RS232 Daughter card that the TITO cable plugs in to.

I have a few extra daughter cards if you need one, there may already be some plugged into your ports.
