This will be, by far, the dumbest question I've asked so far, but I'm stuck (or maybe the door is stuck). An IGT AVP trimline was delivered today, but I can't get it opened. There is no door key lock, the opener lever will only seat in the all down or middle position, and I've found and pulled on the lever switch under the button deck, all with no avail. The only outside factor I can think of is that the machine is very cold from having been on the road for a couple of weeks, it's only 35F here today, and maybe it needs to warm up first so that the metal can expand.
My questions are; should the lever go into the upper position, and what are the sequences used to open the cabinet, i.e. does the cabinet lever go in the down position when pulling the lever switch under the deck, etc.? I can't find an online resource for the cabinet directions.
** Update after machine warmed up, I was able to get the doors open.
