Silver Strike Slot Location (found) request??

All,  I have rejoined NLG after a bit of an absence... anyway, I remember seeing quite a while ago someone asking for IF there were any locations in VEGAS that still had Silver Strike Slot machines. 


I have found 2 locations (don't know if these are new or not).  In the Venetian (closer to the Palazzo) they had this set of of 3, and thought I saw another small set near the parking garage escalators.   And the Mirage... near the casino edge going to the pool area... only 2 here.

The other known ones are in El Cortez, 4 Queens and Sam's town.  They also have on in the Palazzo, but they have the same strikes as in the venetian.  If you manage to get 30 tokens, you can trade it in at the cashier's cage for a 6oz .999 silver $300 token.  Looks like this.

I have 5 from the Mirage Terry Fator machine. Saving them up to get a real silver one

Only 25 more to go!!!  Have you gotten any of the colorized blue cap ones, they are not silver, but they are colored in.  Pretty cool.  The 4 Queens have some awesome tokens around Halloween and for St. Patrick's day.  Their designs are really nice, and their $300's are usually colored.

No I didn't get any of the blue caps. I did see them in the machine tho. Hopefully when I go to Vegas next year the 2 machines will still be there!
