What OS do I need? I'm stumped.

I have a few 3.0 that I believe are a mix of 625 and 660 that had the hard drives wiped. I've worked on a few 2.0 and 2.5 in the past, but not a 3.0. Apparently all 4 of my OS installers are for 2.0 or 2.5, and none work with the machines I have. I'll list the info I have on each below. If you could let me know which OS I need I'd appreciate it, and if you have an OS I need please PM me. Thanks!

First machine has a AVPSB01410F07 BOOT1, appears to be a 625 and has a sticker that reads AI014-060 AVP014-00311
Second machine has a AVPSB01410F07 BOOT1, appears to be a 660 and has a sticker that reads AI014-A06 AVP014-00390
Third machine is a 625 that has been upgraded to a 660, It did not have boot chips in it when I received it but I have a box of extras. I'm just unsure which it needs.
Forth machine has a AVPSB01410F07 BOOT1, appears to be a 660 and has a sticker that reads AI014-A09 AVP014-00406

The 4 OS cards I currently have that don't work are;

I did just find a set of 14b boot chips, put them in a a 660 and tried OS AI014-A09 and AI014-A0B. Both resulted in the scrambled red error screen. Odd, but I'll try again with one of the 625 units.

You don't mention it but are you using the Diagnostic drive to install the OS?

I do have a diagnostic drive as well as ekey 7. It is my understanding that only the ekey and the OS drive need to be pugged in behind the door. It says it is installing as it should, after a full wipe of course.
