No.  The SET chip is for the bill validator (if you have one), and the IVC 123 is a RAM clear chip, which isn't going to help right now.

Is your Insert Coin lamp on when the door is closed?

Have you tried adjusting the sensitivity down on the comparator to make it less likely to reject coins?  Here's a tutorial:

No I don’t get a test credit,& the popsicle does not do anything on the 10 1, 11 1 switched to 11 0,and 12 1 switched to 12 0.
With door closed the insert coin is blinking, and coins played is blinking.

I tried to get the test credit all three times. And I have not changed my comparator maybe I’ll need to get one again

Thanks for the screen shot.
The machine thinks the door is closed and ready to accept coins.
This tells us the door optics are good, and there are no other errors on the machine that would tell it to ignore coins.

The first thing we need to make clear - is that there is NO relation between the optics and the coin comparator.
They are two different coin checks.

If you are not getting a test credit from pressing the tiny button on the optics board then forget about doing anything with the comparator as the coin optics are bad.

Even with the coin comparator removed you should be getting a test credit by pressing the tiny (tiny) button on the optics.
The popsicle test breaks the invisible beam on each of the three optics. If the numbers are not changing then the optics are bad.
It would appear that 10,1 is bad on the optics. You can try to disassemble and clean with water on a qtip but don't use alcohol as this will damage them.
