Does anyone have a Molex crimper?

Hey all,

Does anyone have a molex crimper?  I need a 4-pin y-harness made for my S2000, I was just going to buy the components and make the harness, but the molex pins have to be crimped and I don't want to buy the expensive crimper for 1 use.

If anyone has one and would be willing to make a cable for me, please post or PM me and let me know how much and I will give you more specific info on the cable I need!

I use this "universal" one for all my molex connectors.  never had an issue with bad crimps.

Okay, I am definitely NOT an artist!  But hopefully the picture will be good enough to show what I need..

Basically, it's the 4-pin cable that plugs into the BV, I need a Y adaptor that goes from 4-pin male to 4-pin female and taps the two outside wires from the 4-pin,  the 2 outside wires I just need bare as I will solder them to the power wires that power my lighted sticker.

It comes with a tap for using the bulb socket on the BV, but mine doesn't have bulb socket(s), so I need to tap the harness..   Sure there are other ways of accomplishing this, but I like to do it clean and proper.

I am going to be placing an order at Mouser for some other stuff, I can order the components.

Why don't you just get wiretaps to tap into them, rather than go through making the harness?  Easy and clean looking.

Wire taps are sloppy often are a cause of loose connections and I want to do it the right way.

It only needs to be a couple of inches long, with the 2 taps maybe 4" long.

This is a very informative post for a 10.00 part.  After seeing what you actually need now don't see a problem with someone chiming in as this stuff is a dime a dozen and laying in dumpsters in many areas-still in machines etc. (not here) s-2000 are dinousars in my area as they prefer the bling bling games in their casinos.  Easy fix but if you want it made no problem.  I am not digging for it because at this time it would take to long but if it were out I would offer what you want.
