Casino wiring harness removal ?

Got another slot... :EmoticonHelp4:  In process of cleaning, etc...It is an IGT s2000 plus? Don't rightly know...Anyway, I would like to disconnect the wiring harness that was installed for the Casino...It seems simple enough...Anything I should look for or not disconnect? :Scratch-Head:

You can remove all of the player tracking harnesses etc.. Usually the harnesses that were for casino stuff are just zip-tied and not even connected.. Save them once removed, you never know when you will need a spare molex connector or some extra wire.

Model number you gave is for an IGT S2000. There is no such thing as a S2000 Plus (you have that confused with the earlier model IGT S-Plus).
