Given all of the Triacs - and looking at the large molex's - I would venture that this is the driver for a display board...

The size and shape however are similar to that you would find in an old Pacman, galaga etc, but that would typically be a 3 layer board which this one is not.

It is some kind of driver, the TO220's are all TIP120's.

What's the lettering in front of A100-001-3?
When I type that in a Google search, I get some sort of 90's PCB circuit board on ebay.
There MUST be other etched on writing upon the circuit board BadBaud?
