Bought myself an early birthday present... Hydraulic table cart.  No more Jenga lifts above 6 inches for me! 
 Harbor Freight has a 500# cart for $159. 
 Already picked up my '82 IGT/Aristocrat Espirit with it to work at a better height.   Going to be real nice for moving slots and pins around!

Those harbor freight lift carts are really handy, just wish they went as high as a pickup truck gate

I got one from Harbor Freight that goes as high as the tailgate. You need to look for a double scissor lift. I unload my machines right on to the cart and roll them inside.  I've had mine for awhile but they used to sell them anyway. Good luck.

There is still the bigger one that is on sale for $259 I think... I just didn't want to blow my budget and not have anything left for the upcoming Ohio Pinball and Gaming Room Show 2015Q1.
