WMS Hopper issuw

I've got a Jackpot Party dot matrix upright slot.   This morning, the hopper jammed when paying out.   I took the hopper apart and freed some tokens that had made it past the part where the token would normally exit the hopper.   I put everything back together again, it it was able to pay out about 20 tokens, but jammed again.


It has worked for years without a problem.   Are there parts that wear out and need to be replaced?   What can I do to get my hopper rolling again?

Yes, can you take a a photo of the hopper, specifically where the coin jam is occurring and I can help determine what the issue is.

I took a closer looks, and it appears that a rubber part in the jump assembly has dried out and is falling apart.  Do you know where I might be able to find a replacement?  The hopper is a Asahi Seiko DH-750 hopper.

Unfortunately, this is a rubber part of the hopper that disintegrates over time. I see it all the time. I have never seen the part for sale, because it would make the sellers hopper not functional. If you want to replace the part, unfortunately I think you are going to have to buy a new hopper. I have seen these for sale, but the shipping is really expensive because of the weight and size.  PM me if you want to discuss further.
