Game Maker 7200 screen size
« on: October 19, 2014, 06:04:30 PM »
I just bought a game maker 7200 <--I think no side door to access DBV
I bought machine unseen get it home turn it on find everything starts up but screen is way too wide for monitor I try to adjust screen size from monitor controls but width will not adjust. I can adjust screen from side to side and see the whole screen and all looks good like the picture is being sent out wide. I found a screen size section under diagnostics but I am unable to figure out how to adjust the size. Am I on the wrong path to correct this issue.
Thanks in advance

Well ok now I have a totally new issue. Picture has shrunk down to a very small picture in the center of monitor with a hour glass shape I forget what thats  called I think pincushion but monitor adjustment makes no difference for the pincushion or width and now the monitor has blue going out. I believe it is a Tatung vt1770 looking for a cap kit but having little luck. I now feel its a monitor issue and would like to repair or replace monitor but have never dealt with a touchscreen
Thanks in advance
Walter

i'm afraid you'll have to check some caps around geometry correction section.
