IGT G20 slot, Dynamic button no image after boot up.

Hi, I have a IGT G20 slot with 10 dynamic non lit buttons. It actually is set up with multiple games that can be picked and played. After I boot the machine I will not have the proper game image on the dynamic buttons. The only image I'll see on the button is either a "Have Fun" message or a "Good Luck" massage. They will slowly change from one to the other.  I'll have a game coined up and  ready to play and the buttons will respond properly to the game.

Any idea on what I need to do to make the image correct to the game played?

Some games do not utilize 10 buttons. That is normal.

OK, thanks for the quick reply. However I do know that a few of the games on this machine use all 10 buttons. The problem is not only some buttons showing the game input on the buttons but the buttons not showing at all. By game input I mean lines to play and how many to play per line. All that shows on the buttons when the game is ready to play is "Have Fun" or Good Luck" on every button.

Here's is additional info that I just noticed; After the game has been running about 5 minuets the "Have Fun" or Good Luck" will be replaced by the proper game input info on each button. Why the delay?

Also, Here's more info that may be important:

*6 of the ten buttons that are dark. They are not lit but I can see the game input info dimly. They work properly in the game, even before the Have Fun and Good Luck is replaced by the in put info.

*I had a Telltale battery Tilt error and the game wouldn't finish booting. I replaced the Telltale battery and the error cleared. The above button problems continued. As far as I know the buttons images were working properly before the Telltale Tilt but can't be certain. I replaced the 3.6v 1650ah Ni-Mh battery with a 3.6v 1800ah Ni-Cad battery. I don't know if I should have used a Ni-Cad battery.

Any thoughts?
