Spielo Prodigy Help needed

Hope I'm in the right place.
I have a Spielo prodigy and the lower screen is blank. It's not the screen as I get the testing memory and please wait messages but no game display. If you hit the play buttons it sound like it's working but no dis[play. Any ideas as to what's wrong and how to fix it?
Any help will be greatly appreciate as I work on IGT's and Baily's but know next to nothing about Spielo's

Update: After turning it off for a day then back on the buttons no longer light and the game sounds are missing

are you sure your video cables, top box monitor, main monitor and button panel are plugged in the right ports on the CPU box?


EDIT: i am thinking of a VU not the original. I have no experience with the original sorry.

No problem. Thanks for trying. I haven't really dug in to it, but It's been working for about two years and no one
was inside it so I think all the plugs are in the right place.
