Well, getting the small stuff done while I contemplate my next move on the DBV-200.  :Scratch-Head:

The hopper cover is finished.

Does anyone have a Bally Hot Lines belly badge insert they would want to part with?

Please post a photo of this machine, or a screenshot of the video.  There's no Bally IGT ... it's one or the other.
Thank you.

Bally V5500 machine made in the 1990’s.
The DBV-200 was wired with splices, missing wires, and I rewired it I thought correctly, however it doesn't work. And yes the DBV-200 SH does work.

Ok, I have a DBV-200 SH that the wiring was butchered. What I need to find is the J2 plug wiring orientation. The wiring diagram, see photos is laid out differently than the plug, finding the plug numbers and matching them to wiring diagram is my goal. See photos.
If someone has a photo of the J2 plug I would be grateful.

When you swap the boards. Hold the change/service button while you power up. Continue to hold until the reels align and start to shake.  This should calibrate the reels to the board.
Thanks,  Wayne

I see these ones on Ebay....maybe scottf11961 has one as well for you?
The top one fits also in the BB2 model.
The bottom for the Ithaca printers.
I guess it depends on the printer model you have?

Can she get into the touchscreen calibration & test mode?
Maybe check the Molex plug on the bulkhead at location [J4]?
Un-plug and re-plug it?
It's the 1st one on the top left on the bulkhead board.
Some are colored pink...lol

Here's a drawing from the manual.
