Bar Top Game King repair?

I apologize if this is the wrong forum thread for this. I created an account just today so I don't have a proper idea of what I'm doing, yet.

I have an old bar top Game King that's giving me issues. The door on top for the cash box has been popping open at the slightest touch whether it's someone playing on it, feeding it money, or cleaning it. It used to be a pain to get that door to shut but now it's a pain to KEEP shut. I don't know much about these things but does anyone know how I can fix this?

I moved this to the IGT I Game and Game King forum.

Can you post one photo of your machine and one or two of the cash box latching assembly? It's likely something is bent a little from that door being opened and closed over time.

Holy cow! How is it possible to have four slot games like Neon Nights, Enchanted Unicorn, Frog Prince and DD 2000 all on an old Game King setup? (I assume from the lettering font that it's old!)

If that door switch has been bypassed open it up and there may be 3 nuts you can unscrew and remove that door.
