044 Game King LCD Problem

I need help with a LCD monitor in my 044.... When the machine it turned on it just flashes 2 colors then goes black and will stay black.  Its a 17", 19 pin wells-gardner monitor

can you hit the buttons on the back to see if a menu for adjustments pop up?  Does the backlight go off (i.e. in a totally dark room, is it totally black or dark gray?).  Most of the time, it is the power supply that needs to be recapped or the inverter.  I would take a meter and measure that you are getting 12 volts out of the power supply.

Nothing happens when I try the menu bottom, stay black and the power supply has 120v,  and the inverter has 12.1v. The green light it on in the back and the red light for the touch screen. When I put the monitor in another machine it works great.

check for bent pins then on the 044 mpu connection to the backplane.  Which lights are lit up in the 044 mpu when you power on? can you post a picture of them?

Maybe add some sort of back story.  Was anything changed on the machine?  Can you describe how and when it started? Do the buttons light up?

The monitor was broke and I took it in to get repaired. When I got it back it worked fine for a while then all of a sudden it blacked out.... The lights behind the monitor were both on to show the touch screen and monitor not had power going to them.

 I will check the pins to make sure none are bent and I'm gonna try swapping monitors again.

OK I got another monitor to work but when the picture came up it had multi colored line going vertical on the main screen after it loaded up....it went through the colors fine then had a system error......cleared that, then when it loaded just lines and some components of the main screen...like credits and bet......
