Summit Royal Touch Video Keno/Poker machine

I have a Summit Royal Touch Poker/Keno video machine. Model number is SD-BT19C-V. I have 6 keno games currently installed on it and when I go into the main menu to games I noticed there are 3 more keno games but it won't let me install the other 3 keno games. I go to the feature that says games Install/Uninstall and it says Feature Unavilable!! Anybody know if there is a chip or something that I can install the 3 games  I am not to familiar with the Summit machine and any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

I have the same game.

I am able to add games by having the door open, credits at zero, turn the admin key on the top and it brings up a menu that lets me add or remove games for 5 and 25 cent denominations. I can also set the progressive amounts.

Edited to add:  Try having your door open when you're in the menus.

Hello, I also have a summit royal touch game with issues. Do you have a manual and would like to sell a copy of. We are getting a door open, B/A malfunction. Also there is a card slot on the main board. Does something slide in there now or is that for techs. We are big into pinball but learning slots. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,

We have a card slot too. I think it's for the casino attendants to access and set denomination values, payout limits. My machine has a mandatory hand pay / cash out at $800 jackpot.
