I found one photo from our archive site. I played around with contrast but it really didn't change what I could see. If this is the same MPU board you have, perhaps you can decipher the dip switch settings from it just to get you started.

Thank you for your response. The board in your photo is marked year 1983. This may have been the original kramer game board. Mine is marked 1987 with 3 banks of dip switches on it. I can post a photo of the board if needed.
