Game King games and sound issue

Hello NLG folks.  I've recently acquired a Game King that I'm having a couple problems with.  When I got this machine the battery was dead so I went ahead and replaced it, but now I have fewer game options than were on the machine before according to the previous owner.  I should have Keno, Blackjack and a few others but instead I've just got multi-hand poker options.  I acquired a keychip 40 and cleared everything, but even in the keychip menu I still only see the multihand poker games.  Any ideas on why I can't see the other games as options to choose from?


And secondly, when playing the multi-hand poker games the only sound I get is the 'tick' sound when selecting cards.  I don't hear any sound for the cards being dealt or sound when the credits increment after a win.  That sound is kind of the most fun part of winning a hand, so I'd really like to get that working.  The sound diagnostics play more sounds than I'm hearing during play, so it doesn't seem like a hardware issue to me (but I guess I don't know).  Also, a friend of mine hit a royal flush already and it played a fun tune while flashing the call attendant for hand pay message.


Any thoughts guys/gals?

If you can't see the other games in the keychip menu, then someone switched out the software.  Unfortunately the picture you provided does not have OEM chips, so I cannot tell what software set you have.  In the accounting menu, there should be a button for software version, hit it and post a picture of what the system says you have.


You also appear to be missing the multimedia light sound daughtercard which would have the sound simm for your set.  I see no sound chips or simms on your photos.

That's disappointing, the guy I bought this from said there were a lot more games available than what I'm seeing for options.  Also, looking around a bit I can see that I'm missing the sound card and where it should be (he also said the sound worked normally).  I tried taking a picture of the accounting screen I think you were looking for and the picture had large black bands from the refresh, but here is what it was showing:

You have Super Times Pay multi-hand poker on that board.  It has the following games:

Jacks or Better 3/5/10
Bonus Poker 3/5/10
Double Bonus 3/5/10
Double Double Bonus 3/5/10
Deuce's Wild 3/5/10
Joker Poker 3/5/10

It doesn't have any Keno or Blackjack game options.

Like Rick said you're also missing the MML2 sound card and SIMM.  For that game the SIMM card you need is DSS00178.
